Meet the Frontline Leasing Team
Debs formed Frontline Associates Ltd in 2012 and Frontline Leasing and Fleet Management Ltd in 2013 and is a co-owner of both companies.
Her background is on Fleet Sales and prior to starting the business she worked in the Fleet Department of Sandicliffe Motor Group (Ford) for 18 years.
As the Frontline team has grown her role has become more strategic and involved in the future planning of the companies.
Hamel has over 20 years’ experience in the Automotive industry. He joined Frontline in 2019 following 19 years with Ford Motor Company Ltd holding various positions from aftersales, corporate fleet to retail sales. He spent the latter 10 years in the Contract Hire and Leasing department and was instrumental in creating the strategy that FMC have adopted as their route to the broker / SME market.
His role is to overlook the sales function whilst keeping close and strong relationships with manufacturers, customers and clients.
Hamel Directs Sales and Marketing operations for both Frontline Leasing and Fleet Management Ltd and Frontline Associates Ltd.
Marisa has a wealth of experience with over 35 years in the Automotive industry. She joined Frontline in 2020 following 30 years with Pendragon Vehicle Management Ltd as Customer Service Director.
As Operations Director for Frontline Leasing and Fleet Management Ltd t/as Carmmunity, she overlooks the office team based in Derby and has strong relationships with the dealer network.
Jason joined Frontline Leasing and Fleet Management Ltd in 2018. He has over 12 years in the Automotive Industry, working in I.T with dealer groups such as Trust Ford and Sandicliffe Motor Group.
He has over 20 years’ experience using digital and IT solutions in various companies including E-ON and the Daily Mail Group.
Jason overlooks all aspects of I.T for the business and created the unique Carmmunity Portal and websites for the group.
Has over 20 years’ experience in the Leasing market, having worked for some of the biggest brokers in the industry.
Ambitious and passionate at providing the highest quality of service & professionalism with the same common goal as our customers.
She will enhance and strengthen the Ford sales team by providing a more personal touch by engaging and visiting broker partners in a field based role.
Michelle joined frontline in 2019 after 20 years as a Corporate fleet Sales Executive at Sandicliffe Motor Group.
Her background is sales and customer service and corporate fleet sales for Mazda, Kia, Nissan, Skoda and Ford.
Michelle’s key role is to develop and manage the relationship with the Broker network and the supplying Ford dealers.
Jack joined Frontline in 2018 following previous sales roles in both the Motor trade and real-estate.
Jack is an experienced sales professional with a successful history of sales in both corporate and retail markets and has spent most of his working career in various roles within the motor industry.
Jacks key expertise is product knowledge and therefore takes a lead in specialist sales enquiries whilst also having valuable input with the I.T and marketing departments.
Carly joined Frontline in 2018 following almost 12 years of experience within the Tui Retail Group Her background is in Sales and Customer Services and currently she manages the ordering process for Frontline, liaising with both brokers and dealers.
Mia joined Frontline in November 2019 on a Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship working within the logistics team.
Having successfully completed her apprenticeship, she was offered a full-time position at Carmmunity and is currently assisting with the logistics with a view to moving into other areas of the business.
Jacqui joined the team in 2018 following 3 years working for Sandicliffe. She now manages the logistics department and oversees everything from order point through to post delivery.
Jacqui has also been the main mentor and has successfully trained our apprentice who has gone on to be offered a fulltime position within the business.
Alicia joined in April 2021 on a Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship, looking to obtain real hands on experience to develop and grow in a customer focused environment. She has quickly settled in and will be developing skills in all areas of the business.
Harmony joined the team in April 2021 on a Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship. She is getting a good feel for the business and will gain hands on experience in a customer focused environment. Her skills will develop in all areas of the business.
Since 2019, Matthew has been helping to developing the systems at Frontline.
He has over 7 years worth of experience building bespoke systems in the automotive and finance industries.
Karen joined the team in May 2021 working as an accounting officer. Based out of our Kent office, she assists the Finance team.
Marie joined Frontline in May 2018 with 25 years experience in bookkeeping, accounts & payroll. Previous to her bookkeeping roles she spent 11 years in Banking at Nationwide Building Society, in disciplines such as Mortgage Advice and Customer Service Advisor.
Marie is also based out of the Kent office.
